This an special design and beautiful shaped stove top moka pot. It is the Caffexpress by OMG from Italy in the 6 cup size. I was first produced mid 1950’s. This is an early version because of the red bakelite top knob and handle. You need to screw the top knob in order to remove the lid (bayonet style) and then remove the inner parts (also screwed together). It is pretty clean and comes with a usable seal. The tip of the handle turned a little black due to use. Scrubbing it down before use is always wise (check youtube for maintance tips)! Of course this nice and shiny stove pot makes a hell of a display piece as well. Do watch the video on how to use a moka pot wisely!
