Large white square ashtray made for Beck’s Bier from Germany around 1970. It was made by Opalex from France. This is a well known Company for making various items for daily use out of a sort of colored glass which is also referred to as Opalex. The ashtray shows clear signs of use and some small chips are missing from the bottom edge and one fro the top. Of course still very usable. It measures 18cm or 7 inches wide and about 4,5cm or 1 3/4 inch high. Attached is a nice vintage cigarette song video.
