This is a very good looking vintage bar / kitchen / desk item. It is designed by F.A. Porsche around 2000 for Siemens / Leifheit. There are stainless steel scissors with a aluminum handle and lock with black plastic insert for opening soda bottles. There are some signs of use but overall a very nice piece to be using still. It measures ca. 22 cm or 9 inches long. Check out the video for an early (1990’s) Porsche Design chronograph!
