Description
This tool is an early version of a calculating aid helping with remembering the multiplying tables. It was produced in New York City and it had a patent pending on it. Nice desk or display item. It does produce a small metal point when twisting the op  but I assume it needs to hold replaceable pens, so sold as display piece. It is in overall good condition with only minimal sign of use r age. It measures about 16 cm or 6 1/4 inches high.
