This is a nice lightweight pair of headphones made in Japan by Yamaha. The model designation is HPE170. It comes with a large plug and according to Yamaha they are well suited for use with instruments like keyboards. The earpieces are marked left and right and measure 8 cm or 3 1/4 inches in diameter. One size fits all, adjustable in length. Very clean and working the inside ear pads show just some signs of use. Check the attached video for lots of vintage Headphone info!
