This is a very specific plier made for creating all kinds of metal shapes. It was part of a construction kit made by Heller, called the “Heller’s Mechanicus Baukaste” in German. It supplied this plier, several meter of tin / metal straps and instructions on how to make your now parts, as well as some pieces you could not create yourself like wheels. The set was called the Mechanicus from 1933 which is also engraved on the handle. Clearly visible signs of use and age (rust removed and oil treated). The plier cuts, makes corners and pushes holes (punch is missing from the top part). The pliers measures ca 20 cm or 8 inch long.
