Nestler Rietz-Duplex slide rule 0289 sleeve 1970 Germany

This slide rule is in very good condition and comes with the original sleeve, both made in Germany by Nestler. This model is the elaborate Rietz-Duplex, nr. 0289 with 21 scales on both sides. The Nestler name and model is on the rule itself and on the sleeve (just Nestler). It is made of plastic and has plastic reinforcements on the ends. The sides on the heavy duty cursor with multiple hairlines is metal. Curser, slide rule and sleeve are complete and in very good condition with only small signs of use and age. The small rubber feet are accounted for but some have clear signs of use / age. It also has the sheet with small screwdriver tool attached (for cleaning cursor).
