High quality Pocket slide rule by Hemmi from Japan. This is the model 149A from the 1960’s in bamboo. This pocket version has metal reinforced ends and partial metal cursor. The Hemmi logo is embossed in the original leather sleeve, which also has the decal with model number. The rule is still in the Hemmi plastic wrapper, still sealed which explains the green on the screws (that wipes off). It measures 17 cm or 6 3/4 inches long.
