Primus 2292 explosion proof fuel can 1940 Sweden

A rare 22cm or 9 inches high fuel dispenser. Made by Primus from Sweden some where in the 1920 – 1950 region. Perfect companion to every small brass Primus stove (needs new gasket to seal correct), sold as a display piece. It was marketed as explosion proof and to make it explosion proof it has mesh wire on the inside to stabilize fuel and fumes. You store it in the sprout up position and by turning up side down and pulling down the sproot tip the fuel is being released (works ok). It is clearly marked Primus 2292 and has 4 European languages below it. There are some clear dents in the nicely patinated brass, 2 on the top rim and several on the bottom rim.
