This special slide rule comes in the original leather sleeve (insigned) and with it’s original manual (German), all are made by Aristo from Germany. This model is the 852 Dämpfungs (volume dampening) slide rule. A special slide rule made for the calculating Neper to DB and how these interact with (mili) voltage. For this it has very specific scales on the front and on the back of the slider. Curser and rule are complete there are minimal signs of normal use on the slide rule and cursor. The sleeve and manual are complete and in very good condition as well. Manual is marked 1956, rule is marked 1961. It measures only ca. 15 cm or 6 inches.
