When you are in the kitchen, make sure you got your man tools ready! This Quick is much like the Schnittfix II only older…so it is very possible that the Schnittfix design is evolved from the Quick. is an item every man should have. It is an adjustable stainless steel knife blade marked Samson, fixed to a large aluminum handle and with a stainless steel adjuster knob on the back. You can set and fix the thickness in 4 different positions so you decide how thick to cut your bread, fruit or vegetables. The blade can be detached and washed in the dishwasher (never put aluminum in the Dishwasher!!). It is signed Brevet (French for Patented) and made in the 1950’s. It is in very good condition with some signs of normal and ready to use! It measure about 25 cm or 10 inches wide and is al complete, some signs of normal use age. Check out the video from the Tool Man himself (1990’s series with Tim Taylor).
