Aristo Aviat 616L air navigation slide rule kit set 1958 Germany

Great piece of Pilot navigator equipment, the full set by Aristo Germany, which has the designation Aviat 616. It is actually the 616AB (for the A and B sided chart that inserts into the slide rule) and also know as the 616L (for the full kit). This Air Navigation slide rule was specially mostly sold to private German and professional commercial pilots (non Army). This set is all complete as layer out in the included flyer from 1958, including the manual in German (copyright 1955). The slide rule has small signs of use and age and is overall in very good condition as are all the items included in the kit. The brown leather folder measures ca. 20 cm or 8 inches wide when closed.
