Sun Hemmi 74 Ahrend sealed pocket slide rule sleeve NOS 1970 Japan

Small pocket slide rule by Hemmi from Japan for the dutch Ahrend company (which sold offices materials and furniture and is still in business today. This is the model 74 from the 1970’s, this Rietz version has S, S&T and T scales on the back of the slide and has the Ahrend name added as well. It is made of bamboo with ivoride top and plastic cursor. The Hemmi logo is on the slide rule and imprinted on the original leather sleeve. The rule is still in the Hemmi plastic wrapper, still sealed. It measures ca. 15 cm or 6 inches long. The sleeve and slide rule are in new never used condition, hardly any signs of age.
