Return & Refund policy
When a product is not exactly as described you can sent it back for a full refund, including all shipping costs. Please contact me at ke***@vi*************.com.
When you want to return an item because you changed your mind, you can do this within a month (30 days) after the purchase date. You will get a refund minus any costs that I possibly have to make like PayPal fees or customs taxes, also the shipping costs are on you.

How do I get more information on an item?
For more pictures and information you can always use the contact page or contact me directly at ke***@vi*************.com. Most of the time I am able to answer your questions within a few hours or at least the same day. Try me!
How does ordering work?
After you selected the stuff you like and added it to your pile, you go to checkout. Here you fill out your personal information and the website adds the shipping cost (and perhaps some discount). Then you select your preferred payment option and make payment. You will get confirmation of your order and payment. After that your stuff will be shipped asap, mostly the same day. You will also receive a trackingnr.
What are the payment methods?
Do you ship around the world?
Yes stuff comes to us from around the world and will be deliverd around the world. In Europe it takes about 5 -10 working days, globally it may take 10 to max 20 working days.
Does Kevin know how to package properly?
I pride myself in making the best possible packages to ensure your stuff will arrive safely. I pack everything myself to my very high standards. I try to re-use materials and keep your package lightweight and small, to minimize the environmental impact. And should anything happen due to abuse by postal services…we will work it out to your satisfaction!

Where is my stuff, I can't wait to get it?
You will get a tracking code when your stuff is sent, so you can see online where your stuff is at that moment. So no need to every worry, even if there is a delay. With international shipping of stuff there could be some delay at customs when goods enter the country. This is out of my hands, but rest asure, no package of mine ever got lost at customs! And if it would get lost, you get a full refund of course.
