Aachen Germany design thermometer wall clock 1980

This cool hanging clock / thermometer was designed by Aachen Germany design in the 198’s. It had a perfect working quartz clock inside as well as a working thermometer that shows degrees Celsius as well as Fahrenheit. This Aachen design piece is signed on the front and back and measures 42,5 cm or 17 inches high. It is very recognizable due to the vintage dark brown plastic with silver metal finish and the red accent. Several small batches were produced of various items, some with brand names, some without. This might have had one since there is an empty spot at the bottom. Check out the video on German Design!
