In 1984 Aldo Colombo patented a metal corkscrew in the shape of a man, called Pierre the Sommelier. Several years later some new male corkscrew designs popped up, including this metal chromium plated “Arnold”. It is bold guy with mustache and wearing a bow tie, jacket and a large chain around his neck. It is complete and working, with minimal signs of use and age. Great item for your vintage wine collection or wine party! It measures ca. 20 ca or 8 inches high. Check out the video for a vintage corkscrew museum collection!
