This large bending figure was designed for the Marsupilami 1990’s comic book range from Belgium. This black dude is called Mars. It is in good vintage condition, all complete and functioning, no tears with only very small signs of use and age. It measures 13 cm or 5 1/4 inches high. It is made of plastic and painted. This figure was produced by Mühleck / Nounours. Attached is a youtube video where you can see Mars in action.
