Beautiful set of handcrafted chess and checkers pieces in handmade wooden box. Made in the 1950’s. Chess pieces are really nice and interesting (one pawn missing a small piece). King measures about 6,5 cm / 2,5 inch. Checker discs are 3 cm / 1 1/4 inch in diameter. They have a five pointed star on one side and a circular pattern on the other side. Very handy combination set.
