Chessboard and medieval Pieces 1960 Netherlands

Beautiful set of Medieval character chess set with perfect fitting vintage chess board in wood. This set was made around 1970 probably by Homas (Netherlands) in a material called ” Ivora” which is a hard plastic that looks a bit like Ivory. Beautiful shaped and large, the king measures 10 cm or 4 inches high. The base is 3 cm or 1 1/4 inches. The board measures almost 50 cm or 20 inches wide. The board is heavy and well made with professional numbers around the sides. The board and box show some signs of age and use. The pieces are in great condition (one horse leg might be glued but this is hardly visible). Make sure to watch the video if you want to win a few ganes!
