DeVe PeDe 400 Dienes coffee grinder Holland 1950

A beautiful DeVe 400 (made by Peter Dienes) coffee grinder in the Netherlands…sold as a display piece since the burr fine setting is not responding.  This type 400 hand mill was made in the 1950’s and was shaped to hold between the legs. The wood is is in overall great condition with some signs of use and age. The logo is clear and complete. The chrome top parts are in overall great condition with some small signs of use and age. There is a no wear around the burr, it can be used to grind but only in 1 position (coarse). This grinder measures about 16 cm or 6 1/4 inch high from bottom to top knob.
