Double 6 Domino white bakelite set handmade in box 1950 Holland

Great ca. 70 year old set of white bakelite (early hard plastic) domino stones in the original wooden box. Made in the 1950’s. Manufacturer unknown but probably made in The Netherlands. The set consists of 28 pieces with the highest stone being the double 6. All pieces are beautifully straight cast with flat back side, no rounded corners, and a metal stud in the middle to prevent scratching the front. Bakelite is very hard so it can be fragile but all pieces are accounted for and complete (no chips) only 2 have small blemishes (lines) and one has small cracks around the centre pin. The condition is used but good, with overall signs of normal use and age. The box lid has a small piece of the wooden sides missing but closes fine. The box measure 18,5 cm or 7 1/2  inches.
