Dugena Chronograph Valjoux 7733 stainless steel 1970 Germany

A colorful all stainless steel chronograph by the German brand of Dugena. Still in existence, producing watches since 1917, do check their website!  Inside works the great Swiss made Valjoux 7733 handwind movement. Working fine and resets to zero correctly. Comes on a later model a recent model blue strap with stainless steel clasp. It was made in Germany in the 1970’s and the large case measures 41 mm wide without the original unsigned crown. The blue 20mm strap fits the lugs nicely and compliments the blue details in the dial. The orange hands and red accents make it very interesting to look at. There are some small signs of use and age on case and dial. The crystal is plastic and is scratch free. The case is brushed so it is not to shiny. All vintage watches I sell are tested and working correct. When they needed service or adjustment this has been done by a professional watchmaker. I do not keep paperwork on every separate watch. I cannot give a long guarantee on vintage watches since it depends on how careful they are handled. Sometimes rough shipment can hurt them, no matter how well I package them. I will always take them back when there are problems upon receiving or in the first weeks of use. Please treat your vintage watch as a precious old timer car. Do not go out in the rain, play sports with them or take them on long holidays. Do buy a good watch box to keep them in and change your strap in time. Wear them for a few days at a time and change them out. Do not set the date when the hands are within a few hours before or after 12 o’ clock.
