Faber Castell 1/98 Elektro slide rule 1950 Germany

This is an early wooden Faber Castell slide rule for the electronic aimed engineer of it’s days. So made to the needs of a special group of professionals and students. In addition it has a feature very seldom seen on slide rules; there is a metal piece on one side of the slider. This model is 1/98 Elektro or Electro made in Germany in the late 1950’s (estimated on the materials used). It has Amperes, Volts for motors and Dynamos. The instructions on the back are in Dutch so made specially for selling in the Netherlands. The curser has 5 different hairlines and curls to tje scale on the side. Another nice touch is the scales below the slider! Everything is in very good, little used and complete condition. It is a German version with German box in good complete condition.
