Graphoplex Lignometre Typometre 604 slide rule container 1970 France

This desk slide rule comes in the original leather sleeve (not branded), with the 604 manual and standard complimentary Graphoplex paper. This Lignometer or Typometer has the number 604 and was made by Graphoplex from France, with manual in French. Specifically made for calculating different sizes of printing fonts and how these relate to each other in size.  It has scales only on the front and no slider. The cursor is basic but with a clear black triangle attached. Curser and rule are complete and in great condition. It measures 33,5 cm or 12 1/2 inches.
