An unusual slide rule with English instructions. Marked “Foreign” so I am assuming 1970’s made in Japan by one of the better know brands. This one was sold under the name Helix Top Precision A.13 and has 6 scales on the front side only. Original manual and sleeve (open on end). Everything in very good condition with some signs of use and age. It measures is 29,5 cm or 11 3/4 inches. See the below video on how to work a vintage slide rule.
