Helping hand tin rubber windup toy in box Yone 1960 Japan

Great condition tin and rubber wind up toy produced in Japan in the 1960’s with designation 2099. You can wind the hand at the bottom and it will only start to move when something is placed on it like a coffee cup. It comes in the original box that is complete but shows some signs of age. It is hardly used if ever and the decal is still on the back so the toy itself is in near mint condition. The box measures about 20 cm or 8 inches long.
