Märklin 8006/1 blue canon pea shooter 1915 Germany

High quality and rare early handmade piece by Märklin from Germany from a time that war was still OK and your rank mirrored your social status. These early Maerklin toy canons were quality made and could really fire. In this case it shot green peas, great to shoot your toy soldiers or those of the opposite party. This canon is all original and in working condition with some signs of wear and just a little rust. It is designated model 8006/1 from the earlier days (ca. 1915 in blue). The wheels have a 5,5 cm or 2 1/4 inch diameter with a total length of 16cm or 6 1/4 inch.
