Merkuria Covocas Soda bottle Syphon 1981 Czech

This very large and heavy Soda bottle or Syphon is one of the most manly examples. It measures 36 cm or 15 inches high. It ways 2,3 kilograms (empty). It was produced in Czechoslovakia by the Merkuria Covocas Company in 1981 as shown on the underside of the bottle. It is a quality glass construction with metal mesh surrounding. The top is a heavy kind of plastic with metal handle and top to cover the pressure hole. It comes complete with the rubber stand but needs a pressure capsule holder if you were planning on using it.
