Nestler duplex log log 0290 slide rule with container 1960 Germany

This slide rule comes with the original signed container, both made in Germany by Nestler and both marked with the 0290 model number. This model is called the duplex log – log, with 24 scales on both sides. It is made of plastic and has a complex cursor with multiple hairlines as well as beautiful metal ends. The curser, metal ends, slide rule and container are in good condition with small signs of use and age. It measures ca. 34 cm or 13 3/4 inches.
