PeDe Dienes 340 series coffee hand grinder 1960 Holland

This is a rare grinder, possibly only made in the Netherlands by PeDe for Peter Dienes. It looks a lot like the 340 and 342 model but has a round knob on the drawer and a more straight body. I asume it was made around the 1960’s. It measures 11,5 x 11,5 cm or 4 1/2 x 4 12 inches and measures 21,5cm or 8 1/2 inches high. This coffee grinder is in a great overall condition with hardly any signs of use to the wood or chromium plated (accept inside of the door). Small problem with this hand mill is that the top surrounding the burr shaft is a but lose and this also holds the inside door spring. So the burr swirls a little and the door does not stay open by itself. The hand grind action is ok on the more coarse setting but swirls to much for the very fine setting.
