Description

This is an interesting slide rule, made behind the iron curtain in Eastern Germany (DDR = Deutsche Demokratische Republik) in the 1970’s. The rule comes in the original plastic sleeve, both made by the Reiss Company and signed with the name. There is no number on this model. It is made of plastic with extra scales on the middle slider and comes with a simple plastic cursor. Curser, slide rule and sleeve are complete and in very good condition with minimal signs of normal use and age. It measures ca. 14,5 cm or ca. 6 inches. Check the attached video on how to work your vintage man tool: slide rule operation instructions!
