Rhythm windup space age design alarm clock 1960 Japan

Round and shiny space age design alarm clock by Rhythm, made in Japan ca. 1960. The mechanical handwind mechanism (2 jewels) is tested and works fine with clear alarm. The body is chromium plating over plastic with a steel ring around a real hard glass crystal. The face / dial has is also silver with silver hands, white second hand and red had to indicate the alarm tine. Including stand it measures ca. 17,5 cm or 7 inches high. It is all complete and in good condition, with some small signs of age. Very usable today, vintage space man style. Check the attached video for another great space alarm clock!
