ROMA Puncar 65 design classic Stapler Italy 1960

This beautiful all metal stapler was designed by Romeo Maestri from Italy. This model RO-MA Puncar 65 is from around 1965 clearly marked made in Italy. You can read more about the company history on their website. It is a great piece, uses 56/1 stapels and in working condition. Great feature is that you can slide the entire upper part in front or back position (for open or closed staples) instead of turning the small bottom table. It was also patented hence it is marked “Brevettata”. It does no longer seem to be in production though but there is an evolved Roma Super in their lineup. It is in only a little used condition with no heavy marks. It measures 17cm or 6 1/2 inches long. Do check the video on vintage stapler collection!
