From Japan is this Royal No. 1053 slide rule, probably produced by Uchida Yoko Company. Made in the 1970’s complete with the original green and yellow-white signed plastic box, with English manual covering a range of Royal branded slide rule models. This seems to be a standard student slide rule. It measures ca 30 cm or 12 inches. It features 13 scales on both sides as well as a cm and inches scale. The slide rule, the cursor and the case are made of plastic and are all complete. The slide rule shows some signs of use and age but in overal good condition .
