Rudy M19 cal 30 ammo 250 APM2 can 1950 USA

This is a rare and early (1950’s) ammo can, probably used in the Korean war. Made by Rudy Furnace Co from Dowagiac, Michigan in the USA. To store 250 linked ammunition cartridges for automatic rifles. In this case APM2 (armer piercing type). Great piece for your collection or to stall your Vintage Man Stuff items with great importance. It measures ca. 25 x 20 cm or 10 x 8 inch on the long side. It is in great vintage and original condition with signs of normal use only, some scuffs on the lettering and minimal corrosion on the outside. The inside is very clean and the gasket is in place. Locking mechanism functions fine as well. There is a lot to ready about this early M19 boxes  and the later M19A1 can.
