Sax 620 steel stapler 1960 Austria

Very cool piece by Sax from Austria. This Sax 620 you seldom see but they are being produced today still. This shark like styled stapler has a smaller creature in it’s belly. Inside is the Sax Frog 400 and described here. This large and heavy 620 must therefor be a pretty early version that started as a large grip over the smaller Frog, I am guessing somewhere in the 1960’s. It has seen better days since the green paint is lost on various places. The nickel plated top is in great condition still. It has a great grip and feels comfy in the hand. It measures 15cm or 5 3/4 inches long. Check the video on vintage staplers!
