When you are in the kitchen, make sure you got your man tools ready! This Schnittfix II is an item every man should have. It is an adjustable stainless steel knife blade fixed to a large aluminum handle and with a chromium plated adjuster knob on the back. It was made in Germany in the 1960’s. It is in good condition with signs of use and age but fully cleaned, smooth working and ready to use…and yes I also have one in my kitchen drawer to slice my bread in big assed slices just the way I like them! It measure about 25 cm or 10 inches wide. The original box shows clear storage signs but is complete and a nice to have. Check out the video from the Tool Man himself (1990’s series with Tim Taylor).
