When you are in the kitchen, make sure you got your man tools ready! This Schnittfix III is an item every man should have, the last version of this classic. An adjustable stainless steel knife blade fixed to a large aluminum handle and with a chromium plated adjuster knob on the back. It was made in Germany in the 1980’s. It is in good condition with some signs of normal and ready to use…and yes I also have one in my kitchen drawer to slice my bread in big assed slices just the way I like them! It measure about 25 cm or 10 inches wide and is al complete some signs of use age. Check out the video from the Tool Man himself (1990’s series with Tim Taylor).
