Nice tin plate exposure meter made by Seiko and branded Sekonic. Made in Japan around the 1960’s. Comes in the original Sekonic signed leather case as well. When you want to read the light strength you push the small steel pin next to the window. When the hand does not react to the light intensity you can remove the white shield and let more light in. It is in working order and measures 7 cm or 2 1/2 inches. If you want some in depth information on exposure meters, do visit this page.
