Set of Dragon Ball Z GT chess pieces DeAGOSTINI 2003 Germany

This is a special limited edition collectors set featuring Dragonball Z / GT chess pieces. Published by DeAgostini in 2003. Dragonball GT is the sequel to Dragonball Z, the Japanese animation series based on the manga. It was on TV from around 1990-1997. This a larger size chess set for the collector or fan, the pieces are made of a hard plastic and hand painted with precision.

This is a complete set consisting of an original board (folds 4 ways and fits in the box) and 2 boxes, each with 16 game pieces. A separate box for each player. In one box the good side for Goku and his friends from the series. The other the dark side, the creatures that he takes on (and beats) in the various series / universes. Played by using the standard chess rules.

The boxes have a minimal signs of storage, not tears with inside plastic intact. The pieces and the board are hardly used / almost new. The pieces have a maximum height of 7 cm or almost 3 inches and the playing field has 4,5 cm x 4,5 or 1 3/4 x 1 3/4 squares. Make sure you watch the ‘how to win’ video I selected for you!
