Very nice desk model of a globe and the path of the Soviet Space Rocket Model Vostok-1, commemorative piece dedicated to the flight of Y.A.Gagarin – first man in space. The Russian inscription on the stand is “12 April 1961”, the date of the flight. The gold tone globe also has CCCP on the country. It is complete and in great condition.It measures ca. 6,5 cm or 2 5/8 inches in height. An original space race piece you do not see to often anymore.
