large and recognizable design by Swatch from Switzerland from 1999. One of the first Smart-watches with an extra function. This one is a rare technical invention by Swatch where the watch has an early version of the chip now found in most watches and bank cards. It could have been used to store a Lift pass in your Ski-zone. You could enter the lift by using your watch. Not tested so could not say if it still works. Apart from that is it a great looking all original swatch with original stretch bracelet to even fit over your skiing clothes. The bezel reads Snowboarding Riding Technique. It has a new battery and runs great. There are only some small signs from normal use. The watch case measures a large 38mm in diameter without the original crown. All vintage watches I sell are tested and working correct. When they needed service or adjustment this has been done by a professional watchmaker. I do not keep paperwork on every separate watch. I cannot give a long guarantee on vintage watches since it depends on how careful they are handled. Sometimes rough shipment can hurt them, no matter how well I package them. I will always take them back when there are problems upon receiving or in the first weeks of use. Please treat your vintage watch as a precious old timer car. Do not go out in the rain, play sports with them or take them on long holidays. Do buy a good watch box to keep them in and change your strap in time. Wear them for a few days at a time and change them out. Do not set the date when the hands are within a few hours before or after 12 o’ clock.
