Well made piece of 1970’s desk stuff. All chromed steel with plastic base and gold plastic push down piece. Good overall condition with some signs of use and age. Bottom inside part reads “TACHIKAWA L.T.D., Pat. 32-2339,2340, made in Japan” and on the front bottom part is “No. 3”.Tested and working. It measuring 1,5 cm or 6 inches long.
