Van Nelle Coffee Mebel design serving waiter tray 1980 Italy

Here is a rare coffee serving tray made by Mebel from Italy (type V4) for the Dutch coffee company Van Nelle. The design is a screen print from 1931 by artist M.Cassandre and reads “Van Nelle pakjes koffie”  which is dutch for “small packages of coffee by Van Nelle”. The Coffee bean which flows over in the Van Nelle name is a great interesting design. This tray was probably made in the 1980’s and is in great condition. It measures ca.  31 x 26 cm or 12 1/4 x 10 1/2 inches wide and long. Make sure to check the attached 1980’s Van Nelle commercial. There is a lot of cool video stuff on youtube!
